Subscription Terms

When you choose **Subscribe & Save** at checkout, you're enrolling in an **automatically recurring subscription.** Here's exactly how it works — clearly and up front, with no surprises.

What you're signing up for

Your selected Jemmies product(s), delivered automatically on the schedule you choose (**every 30, 60, or 90 days**).

Price

You'll be charged the subscription price shown at checkout — currently **$29.00 per product, per delivery** (a saving versus the one-time price of $36.00) — **plus any applicable tax.** **Shipping is free on all subscription orders.**

Automatic renewal — please read

**Your subscription automatically renews, and your payment method is automatically charged, at the start of each billing cycle, on an ongoing basis, until you cancel.** There is no fixed end date. We will send you a reminder email before each renewal so you're never caught off guard.

When you're billed

Your first charge occurs when you place your order. Each subsequent charge occurs at the start of your next billing cycle (every 30/60/90 days, per your chosen frequency).

Cancel anytime — as easy as signing up

You can **cancel at any time, with no fees and no hassle.** Cancel, pause, skip a shipment, or change your delivery frequency:

- **Online, anytime, from your account** → **My Account → Subscriptions** (a few clicks — no phone call or email required), or

- By emailing: support@jemmieshealth.com.

To avoid being charged for your next order, please cancel or skip **at least [2] days before your next scheduled billing date.**

Manage your subscription

Change your frequency, delivery address, payment method, or products anytime in **My Account → Subscriptions.**

Price changes

If we ever change your subscription price, we will **notify you by email in advance**, and you'll have the opportunity to cancel before the new price takes effect.

Confirmation

After you subscribe, we'll send an acknowledgment email confirming your subscription details and how to cancel, for your records.

Your authorization

By subscribing, you authorize Jemmies to charge your payment method on a recurring basis under these terms until you cancel. These Subscription Terms are part of, and incorporated into, our Terms of Service.

Refunds

Our 30-day happiness guarantee applies to your **first** subscription order. For later orders, cancel or skip before your billing date to avoid the charge (see our Refund Policy).
